How do I maintain at home?

If you purchased the Home Care Kit, you will have 6 months of products to help keep your eyelids as healthy as they can be.
  • Wash your eyelids once a day with Zocular wipes to clean the meibomian gland openings and wash anyway debris and harmful bacteria.

  • If you have been diagnosed with Demodex, substitute Zocular 2 days a week with Cliradex eyelid wipes (only wipe with Cliradex, no need to scrub).
  • Take 4 capsules of HydroEye omega fatty acids each day as directed.
  • Once a day use your Bruder mask to gently warm the lids. Afterwards massage the lids to keep your meibomian glands healthy and flowing.

  • Use a preservative-free tear that contains an oil such as Refresh Optive Mega-3 Lubricant Eye Drops as needed to keep the eyes moist throughout the day.
