From the onset, being able to complete my pre-exam questionnaire online versus in the office was a great time saver. The front desk had a welcoming attitude, and I was seen promptly. I also noticed that there were much more tests being performed on my eyes than I am used to, which is comforting in how thoroughly you test the eyes. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and proficient. Vicky has been especially helpful in finding contacts that fit my difficult eyes. I will be returning and referring the rest of my family.
